JJ Handyman Co. provides general maintenance, repair, and handyman services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
All work is performed based on experience, best practices, and within the legal scope of handyman services in the State of Texas.
Scope of Work
- Work will be clearly discussed before starting
- Any changes or additional work may affect pricing
- Customer approval is required before additional work is performed
Licensing Disclosure
JJ Handyman Co. does not perform work that requires a state-licensed contractor unless completed by a properly licensed professional.
If a project requires licensed HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work, the customer will be informed and referred or coordinated with a licensed contractor.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
- Deposits may be required for larger jobs
- Late payments may result in additional fees
Limitation of Liability
JJ Handyman Co. is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions or hidden damage
- Structural issues not visible at time of service
- Manufacturer defects in materials or equipment
- Delays caused by weather, parts availability, or third parties
All services are provided "as-is" based on visible conditions at the time of work.
Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to:
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Disclose known issues before work begins
- Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment
Warranties
- Labor warranties (if offered) will be discussed per job
- No warranty is provided on customer-supplied materials
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and products
Right to Refuse Service
JJ Handyman Co. reserves the right to refuse or stop work if:
- Conditions are unsafe
- Scope exceeds legal handyman limits
- Customer behavior is inappropriate
Agreement
By hiring JJ Handyman Co., the customer agrees to these terms.
