- Structural modifications
- Work requiring permits without proper licensing
- Gas line installation or repair
- Anything outside Texas handyman legal scope
Why? Texas law requires licensed contractors for certain work. Doing it without a license puts you and your property at risk. Joey won't cut corners — ever.
