State of Texas — Handyman Services Scope
JJ Handyman Co. provides general maintenance, repair, and handyman services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the State of Texas.
Certain services — including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing — may require a state-licensed contractor under Texas law. JJ Handyman Co. does not perform work that legally requires a licensed contractor unless such work is completed by a properly licensed and qualified professional.
When a project falls outside the scope of handyman services, JJ Handyman Co. will coordinate with or refer licensed contractors to ensure all work is performed in full compliance with Texas state and local regulations.
By engaging JJ Handyman Co., customers acknowledge and agree that services provided will remain within the legal scope of handyman work unless otherwise handled by a licensed contractor. Any required licensed work will be disclosed and addressed appropriately.
